The Newcastle City Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 5 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a budget workshop to discuss city expenditures. No public comment or final actions (votes) are planned during the special meeting. A regular meeting is scheduled in Council Chambers at Newcastle City Hall beginning at or shortly after 7 p.m.
