Newcastle’s beloved city events draw hundreds of attendees from across the local area, offering a fantastic opportunity for your business or organization to connect with the community in a fun and festive setting. There are several ways to partner with the City of Newcastle at these events.

From live performances to food trucks and vendor booths, we rely on our community to help make each event memorable and engaging. Whether you're a musician, a small business owner, a nonprofit organization, or a food vendor, there are many ways to get involved.

Perform at a City Event
We’re always looking for talented local bands to take the stage at events like our summer Concerts in the Park series and the Newcastle Days festival. If you’re interested in sharing your music with the community, we’d love to hear from you.

Band bookings for Summer 2025 are now full. Please check back in early 2026 for next summer.

Be a Food Vendor
Lake Boren Park is a beautiful, spacious location with electrical hookups - ideal for food vendors. Opportunities are available at Fireworks on the Lake in July, the summer Concerts in the Park, and Newcastle Days in September. These events offer excellent visibility in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Applications for Summer 2025 are now open HERE. The first round of reviews for July events begins May 15, 2025. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and early submission is encouraged. Please include a valid email address - this will be the main form of communication.

Host a Booth at Newcastle Days
Newcastle Days, our largest community celebration, features a lively vendor fair. Local businesses, artists, nonprofits, and public agencies are invited to showcase products, share information, and connect with the community. Booths help create a vibrant and interactive event experience.

Applications for Newcastle Days 2025 will open in June at newcastlewa.gov/newcastledays.
